Custom embroidered emblems are used within many different fields such as heavy industry, consumer services, transportation and automotive sectors. Charitable, community and recreational clubs have long used these types of emblems to denote membership, partnership and merit. And, traditionally, embroidered emblems have almost always been used to identify members of police, fire, rescue, government and military branches. These emblems provide an efficient means of personalizing and identifying uniforms of all types.

Ebik prides itself in the quality workmanship that goes into making each emblem as well as the materials and techniques that are used. At the same time, our team members strive to produce these emblems in some of the quickest turn-around times available on the market today. And, systems have been established to make the artwork, quotation, ordering and reordering processes very informative, accurate and efficient.

These emblems are manufactured with 100% polyester base materials and threads, backed by an industrial grade, high-melt film coating. This coating provides added stability and ensures an almost permanent bond when applied with high-strength heat seal machines. We can also provide emblems with a low-melt film coating for commercial grade heat seal applications or with no film coating at all. In all cases, these emblems can be applied with standard sewing equipment, as desired.

Our pricing is not based on a set price list. For every new emblem project, we submit a full artwork approval form with each quotation, since every emblem is unique, and every design more or less complex than the other. Emblems are quoted based on quantity, complexity, emblem shape, size, stitch count, border and cutting requirements. And, the number of design colours is not a factor that we take into account, as long as the design has no more than 9 colours.
